  1. Each day blends into the next for me. I donโ€™t get why ppl get so hyped up about Fridayโ€™s because honestly, itโ€™s the same as any other day of the week. Most days feel extremely repetitive.

    1. ๐Ÿค”yeah. I also do wonder why people are always hyped about Friday.

Well, maybe they have their reasons best known to them๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ

But yeah, most days feel repetitive. Just the normal order of activities ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ

      1. I feel like most people just live for today and work the 9-5 job 5 days a week, and party all weekend (which I donโ€™t do). I donโ€™t have a 5-day work schedule.

Yup. I guess itโ€™s best to try and find excitement even in the mundane daily tasks. Easier said than done ๐Ÿ˜…

      2. Hmmm. Thatโ€™s deep ๐Ÿค” โ€œ…most people live for today..โ€

Some people do party all weekend, and I keep trying to understand how that can even be possible๐Ÿ˜‚like just party party party!

Finding excitement in daily tasks like cooking, cleaning or washing, is indeed very helpful.

Your mind just have to go to wonderland ๐Ÿ˜‚

But it is easier said than done๐Ÿ˜‚

      3. Personally I donโ€™t see the point of partying and getting drunk. It seems dumb to me. Much rather read a book or watch a documentary. What I donโ€™t get is how people dwell on partying, drinking etc. week after week after week. Do they not have anything else to look forward to in life? I think itโ€™s sad.

      4. Me too.

Some people live life just to party. And itโ€™s so sad.

But I think the background of everyone of us, is responsible for the behaviors we exhibit.

If you will observe closer, you will notice that those who party might have been brought up by parents/relatives who party.

And those that donโ€™t party might have also been brought up by parents/relatives who donโ€™t really fancy it.

It really depends on the background.

But itโ€™s also sad to see that some peopleโ€™s priorities is to party and party and party. And drink and drink and drink.

      5. I noticed that [most] people who party and drink all the time lack ambition in life. They ppl I still talk to havenโ€™t made much progress, if any, within the past decade (or whenever they started drinking/partying).

Itโ€™s interesting that you say that. My parents are alcoholics and yet I donโ€™t drink. Because of their drinking problems, itโ€™s turned me off of alcohol. They donโ€™t party or socialize much. Makes sense that I am an extreme introvert.

      6. Hmmm. ๐Ÿค” thinking about it too…you really have a point. When you ask most of them about their ambition in life, they just look at you.

Hmmm. You really proved me wrong there. I like it. This is very deep. Itโ€™s good to think about how you didnโ€™t โ€œinheritโ€ that drinking aspect from your parents.

But you took the โ€œintrovertโ€ aspect from them.

You know, I study psychology and these things that you tell me are very interesting to me.

        Thanks so much Hilary.

I really love how you view life in general.

      1. I donโ€™t think I would make a good UK citizen because I seldom drink or find enjoyment in drinking. In the West, people go shopping after work… you can tell when itโ€™s payday because the stores will be packed and peopleโ€™s receipts will be astronomically high.

  2. No, although I have a routine I never get that feeling of deja vu?! It feels comfortable to have similarities between days, yet they never feel completely the same to me. ๐Ÿ™‚

      1. Wow! That’s so cool. It sounds like you have the experience of it occurring frequently! I wish deja vu could be explained because it is so mysterious. It seems impossible (logically) for an experience to have been already lived by us before.

      2. Yes. I actually feel it occurring a little bit frequently.

Deja Vu actually needs to be explained. Iโ€™m going to YouTube to watch loads of videos on deja vu now

But I donโ€™t think even science can explain it

      3. Haha, did the videos help to make sense of the mysterious experience of deja vu?

If science can’t explain it, I can’t help but theorize an idea like past lives! Sometimes I meet someone and get the feeling like I’ve known them before. ๐Ÿ˜›

  3. Each days has something new to offer and learn. One a grander scale it feels like being on a merry-go-round very repetitive it has been like it for many years not just due to the virus. Somewhat like a treadmill and you cannot get off.

But yes. Anytime I have a bad day, I say to myself โ€œeven a bad day has experiences to learnโ€

Thanks so much for this Josh ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

  4. Not a whole day but certain experiences (Which certainly I haven’t actually witnessed before).
Or sometimes I will remember things which never happened ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿค”
