Nothing is truly lost, until your mom can’t find it😂😂

I think males will relate to this fact more😅 because most females don’t really misplace their stuffs.

I was actually writing a different inspirational post, when I remembered a funny memory, so I thought I should share it with you😅

(Yeah, when I’m writing, random memories come to me)

During childhood (even up to adulthood), as guys (or even some ladies), some of us didn’t really care for the things we have. We didn’t know their values or the amount they cost, and we might have a “I don’t care” attitude towards our physical possessions.

I misplaced my shoe (it’s mostly shoe for guys😂) and honestly, I spent hours looking for the shoe. I searched everywhere possible in the house, but I couldn’t find it. I drew a map in my head, stating the positions and corners I’ve been to, in the house, but I still couldn’t find that shoe. I had a shoe with me, I was looking for other one.

I was angry and frustrated. I was to wear that pair of shoe to our Faculty Dinner (we have both faculty and departmental dinners in my university)

I’ve been planning for this dinner all week, and a single missing shoe was being a threat😩

Then I gave up looking for it. I had to choose another suit because I didn’t have the shoes that fit with the previous suit.

Then I told mom about it and boom! Less than 2 hours, she found it.

How on earth did she find that shoe very fast?!!!

She said a clothe fell on it and thus I didn’t know it was under a cloth.

Then I could finally go to my dinner with that shoe. But the girl that we ought to meet together at dinner wasn’t available. She couldn’t come😡

Her reasons? She was pressing her clothes, then the pressing iron burnt her gown😭. Like how!! How!!! How!!! Will a pressing iron burn your dinner gown on the day that could have been the best day in my life?!😭

If I had known, I wouldn’t have wasted my energy and time looking for that shoe😩😩 😭😭😭

None of my friends know about this, unless they read it here😅

Lessons from this post😂

If you can’t find your stuffs and your mother can’t find it either, 😂😂😂it’s gone for life 🤣 the possibilities of finding it are -4, -3, -2, -1, 0 😂😂😂

If you are going to a dinner with someone, it’s best to call the person to confirm before you leave your house. 😩

Some ladies will tell you that they are on their way, but they are still at the front of their mirrors😭😭 (some will say they have gotten to the venue, but they haven’t even boarded a Taxi😫😭)

😅How are you doing?!!!!

I hope you will learn some lessons and fun facts in this post?

Your smile is my inspiration ❤️

Please take good care of yourself ❤️

  2. Lol I hate when this happens, when I need to call for help to find something and with this one it’s with my aunt. I’ll get a scolding first before she helps me, and when she finally finds what I was looking for she’ll always say “look with your eyes, not with your mouth” 🙄😂

    1. 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣”look with your eyes, not with your mouth”😂😂😂

Me too. When I misplace my stuffs, I try my extreme best to find it. Then when I can’t find it, I have no choice than to let mom know.

And of course, there’s some sort of scolding that comes with it 😂

I am a mom… of 2 boys and a girl… they must have influenced her because she loses stuff just like they did and I magically have to know where is lol

And you are right… if I don’t know, it’s pretty much gone forever lol

I think you moms have that sort of superpower😂always knowing where to find things. I can’t just explain it. It’s like a gift that accompanies motherhood 😅😅

      1. It is definitely a skill 😄😄

We also have the skill of knowing everything you do, most of the time 😄✌️ – that could be why we know where everything is lol

  5. Very true Vincent. Moms make great archeologists, they can discover anything! For me, it was always keys, I’d misplace my personal and the house keys from time to time especially when growing up. I remember we had to use a long stick through the window to retrieve the keys. LOL!
