    1. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚wow 😱😱😱you baked a cake, I burnt a cake πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

πŸ˜…yeah, the process is what makes it fun, not the outcome πŸ˜‚

But was it really disgusting, well, I care more about the taste πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

      1. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚as long as it tasted like chocolate and it resembled a cake, it’s alright πŸ˜‚

I once ate a cake, it was hanging to the roof of my mouth πŸ˜©πŸ˜ΎπŸ™€πŸ˜ΉπŸ˜Ή

    1. Baking all the way πŸš€

Brownies πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚if I tried making brownies, I wouldn’t know when it starts to burn πŸ˜‚

So that definitely means that brownies is your best food/snack?πŸ˜ƒ

    1. Ohh, so now I’ve learnt that even baking and cooking comes with mood and at different times of the day.πŸ˜ƒ

But generally, which one do you love and enjoy doing? Is it cooking or baking? πŸ˜ƒ

      1. I think that since baking takes more time and the smell of freshly baked bread only lasts a little while, I prefer cooking because it fills the house with a wonderful smell for a longer period of time. But the difference is so small as to make the comparison really difficult

      1. 😁

        True! ☝🏻

I consider myself a pretty good baker when it comes to anything but cake. Cake always turns out spongy for some reason. πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜‚

  1. I enjoy both cooking and baking. Both are gratifying, especially when others like the finished product. With cooking I believe there is more room for experimentation than in baking. In other words cooking savory foods is more forgiving.

    1. Then it’s a tie!πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

Yes. Seeing the end results gives you the feeling of satisfaction, expertise and achievement

And of course, if you try to experiment in baking, you could burn the whole kitchen, or chase everyone out of the houseπŸ˜…

      1. No, I love both but I need to be in the mood yo bske. I cook every day. BTW your blog is one of the ones affected by the WP gremlins, I’m still following but your posts don’t show up in my timeline. Hoping the WP boffins can resolve this issue as it’s affecting a lot of blogs that I follow.

    1. Less guilt, that’s it! πŸ˜ƒ

The guilt that comes with baking is very tiring.

Like when I burnt cake and I was forced to eat it😩😩😩😹

You can cook a food with more than one recipe. But you cannot bake differently 😹 still boils down to the flexibility that’s present in one and not the other

πŸ˜…πŸ˜…but overall, you should like you will also enjoy the process of baking

  2. I definitely prefer cooking because I don’t like reading recipes. I don’t like being told what to do! With cooking, once you learn the basics, you can improvise and do it without a recipe. With baking, trying to deviate from the recipe is much more likely to turn out badly.

    1. Yeah, me too! I don’t also like reading recipes. Looking at recipe and facing my baking is tiring and sometimes frustrating to me.

Exactly! There’s room for experimenting and trying out new stuffs in cooking. And unlike baking, it turns out pretty well.

    1. So you choose bakingπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

As simple as the process is, I still burnt a cake! Anytime I think back, I feel like the ground should just swallow me up πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

      1. You burnt a cake. I once baked a cake with butter overflow. Too difficult to even take a bite. πŸ˜‚ I’d better not reveal the flavour so that people don’t break their hearts!

Stuff happen and we improve. πŸ˜…

Yeah, we learn and improve from our mistakes πŸ˜…

  3. Cooking is definitely easier for me and there’s a little more flexibility, but baking is way more fun! Cooking doesn’t give me cookie dough or brownie batter to eat ❀

I think with cooking, you can experiment a lot, more than baking, right?
